Badly installed equipment cancels out the design work that came before it. So our own teams go on site, with the drawings they watched being made and the parts they watched being built. No chain of subcontractors between the drawing and the fixing.
The visit is prepared: access, lifting gear, programme, working alongside other trades, protection of finished floors. It ends with commissioning - adjustments, load testing where it applies, checking clearances and run-offs, handing over the instructions and the test certificates.
We work on new build and on refurbishment of sites still in use, where the real constraint is usually phasing so the club can keep trading. Installing an indoor padel court has little to do with installing an outdoor one; fitting a cage in a room open to the public has little to do with fitting it on an empty platform.
What we hand over is a space that can open, not a pile of assembled parts: everything adjusted, everything tested, and someone who knows the site if a question comes up in the first weeks.
